From the beginning, he patiently guided me through the whole purchasing process, including the financing, paperwork, insurance, COE bidding and collection arrangements. He kept me updated regularly, so I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. I also really appreciate that he managed to secure my COE under the one-bid guaranteed package, which made the experience much less stressful and allowed me to receive my new car without unnecessary delays.

What impressed me most was his consistent and proactive follow-up. I never had to keep chasing him for updates, as he would respond promptly whenever I had a question.
