At Royal Motor Grandeur, every drive begins with a purpose — getting someone where they need to be. We believe caring for the community works the same way: it means showing up, not once, but consistently.
EVery Drive Matters — A Royal Way to Give Back is our ongoing commitment to Singapore’s seniors. As our nation ages, many elderly residents face a quieter challenge than most of us realise: loneliness. A donation can help, but presence matters more.
That is why, in partnership with the Lions Club of Singapore Royal, we support a monthly programme that brings warmth, companionship and joy to elderly residents across our communities — and our colleagues are there in person, every time.
Each gathering is different, shaped by the people we meet and the places we visit. What stays the same is our promise to keep showing up, month after month.

Our first gathering under Every Drive Matters was, quite simply, a day of warmth.
Together with the Lions Club of Singapore Royal and Lions Befrienders, our colleagues welcomed 250 seniors from the community to an afternoon of good food, music and company. Some of us had never met before, but by the time the first dishes arrived, conversations were already flowing.
A table set for everyone
The heart of the day was a shared banquet. Our team took on the role of hosts: greeting each senior at the door, helping them to their seats and serving every course to the tables ourselves. In between dishes, there were stories, laughter and plenty of second helpings.
From the floor to the stage
Then it was our turn to step up. RMG colleagues took to the stage to sing Fujian songs, Guangdong songs, and the seniors cheered us on, some clapping along and a few singing with us. It wasn’t a polished performance, but that wasn’t the point. It was about sharing a moment of joy together.
Giving back, together
Together, we contributed over S$9,003 to support Lions Befrienders’ work with seniors in our community.
Because every smile matters
At RMG, we believe success isn’t only measured by what we achieve, but also by what we give back. This first gathering reminded us why we started: every smile matters, and every kindness counts.
